### Total Supply: 100,000,000 $UAO

With the following allocation:

* ### *15% Charity Pool:*

  A reserve to fund community-voted charities,  &#x20;complementing our charity tax and NFT proceeds.
* ### *25% Liquidity Pool:*

  To support initial trading  &#x20;and ensure market stability.
* ### *30% Community & Ecosystem:*

  For governance and  &#x20;marketplace purchases.
* ### *10% Marketing:*

  To support promotional  &#x20;efforts and community growth.
* ### *15% Exchange Listings:*

  Reserved for future  listings on exchanges.
* ### *5% Team:*

  Locked for 2 years, with 25% unlocked after 6 months  &#x20;and the remaining 75% over the next 18 months

### Transaction Tax: 4% per transaction

* ### *2% Charity:*

  Directly allocated to&#x20;  community-voted charities via our charity pool.
* ### *2% Operations:*

  Covers project costs,  &#x20;development, & marketing

### Transparency:

All transactions and donations are traceableon the Solana blockchain, with regular reports detailing&#x20;operational costs and charitable contributions.
